If for any reason you would like to return your purchase, just send it back within 6 months for a refund or an exchange (reimbursement is made by original payment method). For purchases older than 6 months, store credit will be issued. How do I make a return or exchange to Sierra Trading Post if I'm outside the U.S.?
Simply use the shipping method of your choice, and mail it back to us with a copy of your invoice.

Tell the operator it is an exchange and we will not charge you shipping for the item. If you are making and internet exchange, add a note to the comment field on the last page of check-out and we will make the necessary shipping adjustments. If you prefer to wait until your return is processed, we will make every effort to get you the exchange item if still available. Exchanges cannot be accepted for Amazon, Bill Me Later, PayPal, or Google Checkout orders. We can only give you a refund for your return if you order using one of these three payment options. We recommend you place a new order for the item you want. We apologize for any inconvenience. To return an item: There is no need to call for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please clean any garments and repack items in sturdy packaging. Include packing slip you have received with shipment.
